Our ERAS protocole has had much success through intraop adjuncts like IV ketamine and IV lidocaine. Use toradol sparingly for rescue analgesia.

Yes - large data set is ideal for modelling these variables, but it won’t answer all the questions. More work needed/planned elsewhere and collaboration will be the key.

will have some new data published soon to add to the debate!! In pan-European study of 5000 pts NSAIDs (almost all ibuprofen) appeared safe in elective CRS with no increase in AKI/leak and decreased opiate usage
