When tech companies develop algorithms that automate the assumptions of people from one demo, they start to automate subconscious bias. When those flawed algorithms get sold to law enforcement, it can be disastrous for anyone that doesn’t look like most Silicon Valley engineers.

EXACTLY!!!!! Pelosi’s wrong. I think impeachment hearings would be devastating for Trump And for the Republican Senators who would be forced to vote After the facts had more publicity.

McGahn's no-show in front of is the latest display of obstruction by Trump. Trump continues to disrespect the power of Congress, the rule of law, and our democracy. I strongly support impeachment inquiry.

We wondered at the time if Kennedy was leaving the court to avoid being drawn into the corrupt vortex of Trumpworld, or if he left to pave the way for Kavanaugh because Trump was threatening his son with exposure or worse. Looks like it might have been both.

I suspect 90% of people who know Sekulow today, including a lot of reporters, have no real idea of his origin as Pat Robertson’s fake lawyer sidekick for *years* on the Christian Broadcasting Network’s “700 Club.” A crooked televangelist grift of absolutely epic proportions.

Nothing screams "definitely innocent of obstruction of justice" like the president of the United States of America extorting a major U.S. law firm to prevent a witness from testifying. Do you see it now, ?

RNC spending for April shows the largest payment going to Jones Day, Don McGahn's law firm, for "legal and compliance services." How odd given that McGahn is refusing to appear for a Congressional subpoena today at the instruction of Donald Trump.

So you’re a House Dem. You’re not sure impeachment is electorally smart but you ARE sure impeachment is constitutionally warranted based on the facts, what is the right thing to do? Isn’t duty > political speculation? Especially since everyone has basically sucked at the latter.

Judge Mehta is right—our constitutional system could not function if the Executive Branch could hide evidence of criminal activity by the president from the House, which has the constitutional authority to impeach him.
