Fair point for sure. It's just playing into such a common, misogynistic idea (not to mention "joking" w a firearm) that to me at least it's contributing to the problem

It already is! Return to Oz - in my top 5 movies of all time. I saw it young and I think it helped make me who I am. (Per original LL post: YES. I read at least a half dozen of those books multiple times as a kid. Imminently film-able)
