Common trouble of air quality index (AQI) measurement is untrustworthy data in each device and its validation during transmission. As the proposed solution, we attempt to integrate secure RTOS (for Arm Cortex-M) and DLT to ensure data integrity and proof-of-existence (PoE).

Yes, we extend TangleID, originated from , as the fundamental proof-of-existence of all activities in all PM2.5 micro-stations. Hopefully, TangleID with various enhancements would be open source'd by the end of Nov 2017.

BTW, the unique feature MAM of is being evaluated in TangleID where secure M2M communications are enforced, and engineers can perform trusted control over Airbox (the device collecting raw data) including firmware OTA.

It's amazing to see quantum proof data being shared using IOTAs Tangle in an industry like this, MAM will be a game changer for so many industries

Also for data integrity and immutability you don't really need IOTA, or?

Exactly! The motivation is to demonstrate how TangleID manipulates AQI measurement and bookkeeping based on . We expect to deploy advanced features such as MAM and Flash channels accordingly.
