I can’t explain how important this app could be to keep you safe. Out of something truly horrific hopefully this can make a difference.

Our top cyber tip for today: don't use public WiFi hotspots when transferring sensitive information. Hackers are pros at cloning free WiFi hotspots and can use them to access sensitive details such as bank info and passwords.

Another fantastic episode on addiction this morning.. top work and to all who contributed. Many parallels to other forms of addiction, particularly the triggers, shame and stigma. Real lives, highlighting that addiction will affect anyone Support not punish

Release Drugs Dec 4
It's easy to see the appeal of GHB. At approx £1/ml it's one of the cheapest drugs available, easy to smuggle into clubs or festivals in small vials or caps, and its effects are similar to a combination of alcohol and MDMA, but without the comedown.

Worth reading everyone. was second to the Met in terms of number of NRM referrals which I think is a reflection of our awareness and that of our partners locally but it’s worth reminding ourselves of our responsibility under the law.

Absolutely spot on from@MarkMoodyCGL, and an important call coming from our major treatment providers - “What is most concerning and completely unacceptable is that these tragedies can be avoided: with the right policies, approach and support.”
