I’m thrilled to announce the publication of the quantitive proteomic profiling of the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia. The @GygiLab in collaboration with colleagues at Novartis and the Broad we measured the proteomes of 375 cell lines from various tumor lineages (1/13) pic.twitter.com/WXgsODMzFs

Interesting panels on barriers/benefits to giving med students full EHR access during clerkships across US schools. The first faculty survey results after UCSF implemented P/F clerkship grades were released (faculty surprisingly disagreed with most metrics e.g. ⬇️ student stress)

Excited to share new work @NEJM:
Drug prices are a major concern for Americans. We describe the many levers policymakers have—beyond price negotiation—to reduce the cost burden on patients, while maintaining incentives for the innovation society needs.

Maybe it should be a prerequisite for med school 🧐 but in any case it would be nice to have some dedicated time to explore things in med school for people who had different focuses in undergrad

Yes! Formal training/conversations around coding, biostatistics, and digital health should begin in med school. Trying to learn these new skills as a med student is almost impossible during the school year unless dedicated time is built into the curriculum twitter.com/StanfordMed/st…
