It’s interesting. This is more traditional, hacking to gain information for intelligence, rather than weaponizing it to disrupt. More traditional and accepted among great powers, though all go to great lengths to guard against it.

Glad he’s saying this. I was wondering if I’d missed something. Before and after of the damage doesn’t really address point of origin, though to a trained eye I guess it can tell you something about the weapons used.

2/ A single incident (Blasey-Ford) might conceivably have been remembered differently or not remembered at all. Not likely but possible. The only potential additional witness had an obvious reason to lie. But these other cases have multiple witnesses. He repeatedly perjured ...

This just showed up in my timeline. It remains the key issue in Kavanaughs confirmation, now made even more clear: Kavanaugh repeatedly and brazenly lied throughout the hearings. That in itself is clearly disqualifying, quite apart from the underlying offenses.
