A mentally ill man just walked in front of a Streetcar on SW 10th and paramedics took him down. They then placed a spit hood on him after he got a little rowdy. Another day in downtown Portland.

It was plenty warm at the ceremonial groundbreaking today for the Rockwood Rising project In Gresham, which will see move into this existing commercial building in the near future. The group hopes to expand its services with the move from Northeast Portland.
