Wow, I know you live in the general area there and I thought about how close you might be, but I wasn’t aware we could have shouted at each other. I can imagine this is a pretty disruptive project. I’ll certainly take you up on that offer when in the future, though, thanks!

Visiting a massive excavation site is always cooler when fog obscures the sunrise. This is where the Sunrise Water Authority is building a new water reservoir in Happy Valley.

Well, fire traps should certainly be dealt with posthaste. But the intro/epilogue should at least be smoother to handle than any of the chapters by this point. The light ahead of you is NOT an oncoming train!

Thanks! It doesn’t mean much in practical terms but it’s nice to see the interest in what we do as a band. It’s not like they'll be sending us on tour, but it’s still cool.

And in other good news, I just found out my band is finally on a record label for distribution and other stuff. It might be a small, local indie label but still...small victories. 🤳🏼🍾🎸

When nothing else will justify the senseless death of a citizen at the hands of a wayward police officer, quick, reach for the American drug war. For half a century, that horror show has justified damn near anything -- especially against citizens of color. Christ almighty.

When at the coast, drink on the beach. That's the safest bet. When in Yachats, though, you can always stop in the Underground.
