Kotlinx Coroutines 1.4.0 released Looks like key change is: "StateFlow, SharedFlow and corresponding operators are promoted to stable API" (hopefully -mt version will be released soon so we can use this functionality in projects)

Feed-in tariffs are due to be introduced here in Ireland next year....during summer at least we were pushing quite a bit back in to grid so will be nice to get paid for that.

Our solar panels here generated 24.3 and 26.1kWh over last 2 days covering most of our electricity needs (and looks to be same today).....good feeling in general to see how much more self sufficient we're becoming!

As an Irish person (and doubly as an introvert!) the idea of self promotion doesn't generally feel comfortable....think though that it's a valuable/important think to do and even more so when I remember sacrifices my parents and further back made to give me opportunities I've had

Made some follow on Kodein-DB related changes to BikeShare. Repository is now registering for changes to db in response to which it's now updating a MutableStateFlow....this is transformed by ViewModel and Compose code in turn observes changes to that ()

Ah, that tweet was 10 years ago :). I did actually end up working on iPad project for a while a few years after that....though only recently, with introduction of SwiftUI, have I really started trying to get back in to it again.

The 5 points in the recap are worth printing out and posting on a wall somewhere! Captures very nicely some of the key subtleties.
