So, the debate. Biden was strong but his answers to funding his programs were weaker. Trump demonstrated his blunt divisiveness and one-dimensional leadership. Both were dissatisfying to me. As a palate cleanser enjoy this beaver gorging on cabbage:

There can be too much money in "innovation". E.g. Google. Lots of money == lots of product dev and the market is flooded with products that excite, but then get shut down if they don't deliver (e.g. Inbox, Wave, Reader.) This kills customer confidence in their prod. longevity.

I wonder if t-shirts as swag/rewards will see their days numbered? People love them, but they are expensive (unless in bulk), require different cuts/sizes, impossible to estimate cut/size utilization, and need great design to look cool. Thoughts?

Rant time. Folks, when you make a new connection on LinkedIn, please stop sending automated messages pretending to be personalized to the other person. It is incredibly inauthentic.

A critical skill is putting our brains in "private browsing mode" and looking at a community, experience, or process through the lens of someone completely differently. There isn't enough focus on this; at best we have audience personas. How do you recommend we do this well?
