Thank you for inviting me to Cork for ! Oceans are a critical issue that doesn’t get enough attention, and your leadership is breaking that mold! As an island nation, Ireland knows the stakes, and the gathering you convened shows you're not alone. Sláinte! 🇺🇸🇮🇪

Ocean health is declining at an unprecedented rate. To halt and even reverse this decline, science shows we need to protect 30% of our ocean in fully protected marine reserves.

I’ve been friends with for a long time - but as I watched her get inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame this week - even I learned new things: she has long history turning big ideas into reality, and now she’s doing it on climate change. Congrats!

Grateful that all three of you came to . When I was an undergraduate, SecStates were universally old, gray, and male - what an honor to be back on campus and outnumbered on stage 3:1 by three historic women secretaries of state! Appreciate your friendship and leadership.

A day later and I'm still haunted by the images of Notre Dame. Through centuries, the cathedral has survived the rioting of the Huguenots, the Revolution, bombing in two World Wars and more. France's resilience in the face of adversity is an inspiration.

Thanks for the conversation last night - and for all you're doing to raise the urgency of climate change. We both got into activism at the same age and I can tell you from my experience: if you’re getting attacked by powerful people, it means you’re striking a chord.

Fritz Hollings was a mentor to me and countless others in the Senate. If these were some of the last words Fritz heard, they're a fitting tribute to a giant.
