Quite a story of a life being lived. Impressive resilience, ‘If you do stupid things, you pay your sentence, move on. You make your life the best it can be’. ST

Lovely night took family, a special occation! Person next to us, R19, kept looking at their phone constantly during 1st act. At interval I asked a favour, please don't use phone during performance! She returned look of hard done contempt

I over thought the "forensics' capability in this EVA. This EVA was to sample the cured epoxy resin. Can't be easy to working in Orlan space suit for 6 - 7 hours & I had not accounted for Russian laissez faires toward finesse & debris.

Obviously not too much consideration for debris containment. Easy to be an arm chair engineer, but would love to know the prep, briefing & thought on execution of this EVA. Wondering what the point of the EVA is, apart from creating radar chaff

Hole no accident. Can't make hole like this in error (can't just slip & push through skin) Forensics: Finding metal swarf (or not) btwn outer cover & soyuz fuselage, &/or hole on inner cover, will give timeline of hole (production phase); might find "epoxy" hole filler (if used).

If anything this overt 20mph obsession should makes us think: Are drivers &/or pedestrians looking at their phones, reading text, emails, social media; faces illuminated, looking down, distracted - the problem? Who's suffering covertly in our community & would benefit from £1.5m?

Route skews the differential time representations, route has 20mph zone & road humps Time difference between true 30 & 20mph should be 4.5mins So, taking any longer than 9mins = slower than 30mph average @ 30mph (traffic lights, etc) took 17.06 mins = 15.8mph average £1.5m wasted

This looks interesting and could be a really useful event. Sadly w/ less than 24 hrs notice, this isn't an invite, more "look at what we're doing". How does one get notified about events like these with enough lead time to plan to go to the event?

I’m in my metaphorical garden shed burning midnight oil, doing old skool engineering British style (long in hours & perseverance, short on biscuits & funding) Inventors & doers, those of action I salute you. Seek to make the difference & never give up! Go the space worms! 🇬🇧👍

"Probably a bad joke!?" How could you have thought this would be funny? This person was collecting an important award. Females et al would be watching & enjoying the admirations of her award. You belittled her & other women's achievements w/ your "funny" words!
