Take a look at this ... I used various Design Fiction experiments and a 'Research through Design' framework to generate insights. I think the experiments (see chapter 4) may be the sort of thing you're interested in. Happy to chat!

Question 1: is Hancock prepared for design that will - if done right - inevitably challenge government thinking + policies? Question 2: it is not enough to throw AI at problems, systems need to be designed w.r.t. actual work practices. This will also result in challenges cf. (1)
