at a high-level, we needed multi-track because of just how much surface area we have - it was useful this time but i don’t think i would do it again, so much FOMO from attendees for conflicting talks! i will certainly go into that in-depth in a blog post i’m working on now

we’re not at the stage where we can open source all those trainings like the JavaScriptures _just_ yet but those have spawned some really great ideas on having interactive workshops where we follow along or re-derive from first principles. thanks for the inspiration!
