I’ve had to call the customer service number 10-15 times JUST to get in the holding queue for an agent because of high call volume. With a high call volume, I expect a longer wait time, not to be told you can’t help which is what has happened multiple times

NONE of your COVID-19 related information says ANYTHING about 4-8 weeks for paperwork to be processed. You request we complete as much stuff as possible online or via mail but yet you can’t process stuff within a reasonable time frame.

How come your website says 10-15 business days for new title processing yet your CS agents say 4-8 weeks???? I mailed in paperwork 3 weeks ago and NONE of it has been processed. Also, your phone system sucks

Inoreader’s rules system is great. I love being able to filter topic relevant articles (like Apple) from sites like TechCrunch and The Verge. Inoreader and Feedbin are my favorite RSS sync services
