Thanks! I asked a USBP friend of mine based in San Diego if there were actually migrants in the area. He said there absolutely were, but with all those trucks they’d be hunkered down well out of sight.

That doesn’t sound right. The Outback wouldn’t use the SUV tire though. What year?

That is Michelin’s flagship all season. But they are garbage compared to real winter tires. There is also a secret to not ending up in a snowbank regardless of what tire you have on: slow down. (But you know all this)

I’m thinking about this more, there’s basically... Apple Mail and Outlook and that’s it, right? (I use Apple Mail, fwiw)

I mean, people care, but do they care enough to pay $20 (or whatever) it would cost to make it work?

You and like four other people care though. That’s why none of the apps do it. Everyone wants to prioritize convenience. The NSA is reading all your email anyway though. Why can’t we just connect to their servers?

The credentials are still on your phone though!

Well, the login info isn’t stored if you connect to something like Google because of their authentication scheme (though lol third party data). But at that point your only choice is , really.

That’s not automatically nefarious though. If you want to sync your email across platforms, they will need to store your login info on their servers to send to the new device. I don’t know anything about what they’re doing but that in and of itself isn’t objectionable to me.

I don’t read it that way. It’s saying “you need to enter your login into Spark so we can retrieve your email.” I don’t know if they’re doing something shady or not, but that line isn’t it. Transit also needs your login info to connect to servers. (or whatever)

Give the Volvo XC90 a look. Highly recommend. Other two are great too though, especially LR if you need backwoods capabilities. Either way, get winter tires Mr Mammoth. Nokian’s Hakka R3 SUV or Hakka 9 SUV

I drove my Volvo wagon to Ikea. Doesn’t that entitle me to some sort of Made in Sweden discount?

HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO CUT STRAWBERRY SLICES FOR MY CEREAL BENNY?? But seriously, we are presented with a K-Bar knife at SEAL training graduation, engraved with the name of a fallen SEAL. Never Forget.
