This looks like a great opportunity to learn about web archiving from the comfort of your own home, at a reasonable cost, and learning from an experienced web archivist, !

Frame for thinking about layers in a digital humanities/digital library infrastructure that enables graceful degradation. Enduring access to underlaying assets, but planing for presentations, interfaces, and customizations to live for relatively short periods.

Hope you will share the results of your research! Folks rarely think about the impact of the constraints imposed by their tools and interfaces— they are often unknowingly operating with blinders on. Great topic! Impacts future view of history and more!

What the hey? “December” comes from “kill every 10th person“? That puts a grim perspective on how to interpret the season. Shocking to discover what is buried in history of our current culture of denial and “spin.” Only historians can provide real context. Where is their voice?

Do you know of a website from fiction that needs to be archived for future fans on ? I wrote a 2016 post on how fiction creators make real websites based on parts of their fictional worlds & how save them for future historians/fans.
