No easy answers with COVID-19 crisis but in 13 years as a superintendent I have never seen so much dumped to schools to fend for themselves with limited, shifting, convoluted or zero guidance. That vacuum works against all students. We need to do better for the Fall.

Before schools closed I knew that we had students in who lacked home internet access. Inexplicably I accepted that. Shame on me. And shame on all of us who allow this inequity to continue moving forward.
