Interesting setup on Wednesday in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast. Well placed 180kt 250hPa jet streak helps the argument for post-frontal precipitation. Marginal boundary layer temperatures should inhibit significant snow, but some accumulations certainly possible in banding.

Latest Euro gets a bit more impressive as well. It's always interesting to see how the western edge of the precipitation behaves in these scenarios, but the upper level jet is certainly suggesting that this snow potential is real.
