I wish I was cool enough to have a "booking" contact listed in my twitter bio. That's how you know you have made it in life. Also these GDPR email are driving me fucking crazy.

just a heads up - a preact release went out ~3h ago at the patch level that completely breaks the library - might be worth advising users to pin to 8.2.7 for now

The same goes, really, for any stores like it that curate and sell non-custom products for a markup. I can't believe these places make a profit selling literally exactly the same thing, but for a higher price than amazon. It's not like amazon is some unknown nice shop.

I am baffled by williams sonoma and their pricing. When they have a "special limited time 70% off sale", the price is exactly the same as the standard price on amazon. Do people buy stuff from there for way more without even taking a second to look up the same item on amazon?

The only reason I know if the stock market is going downhill is getting an email from saying they tax-loss-harvested for me 😅

Everyone is suddenly realizing that when you use something and don't pay for it, the company's business model is shockingly not to ensure the best possible experience for their paying customers, but rather find any way they possibly can to squeeze money out of non-paying ones.
