My iPhone X facial recognition software recognizes me in the dark, in the rain, in my glasses, and with a hat. But in the morning, it’s like “woah, who in hell is that? Sorry, no entry.” Confirming what I believe we have all long suspected/hoped.

Some sweet shots from at earlier this month. They sounded and looked fantastic. Hope to be back again real soon!

In which my old pal gets into a fairly detailed series of arguments with Justices Ginsburg, Alito, and, Gorsuch within the first few minutes of oral arguments. And it’s kind of effing amazing.

The only patient centered outcome I ever saw for Bnp in ED is that it may shortens inpatient length of stay by a few hours. Prolly because the upstairs team wants it, and will wait for it before acting. Which is not sooo optimal. Ya?

After a great day , I stopped by the bookstore and picked up a couple books by colleagues I’ve met along the way. Nice to see my colleagues in wide circulation!

I have to agree that this is a ‘sleep in the bed you make’ situation. The solution is to skip bnp after diagnosis. Treat chf exacerbations as best you can, and if they bounce back, maybe code hypervolemia so that your chf bounce back metrics look better!? 😇 I read that somewhere
