The upgraded router is a difference of $3.00 per month. I requested a one year use at the same monthly rate as I’m paying now.

responsibility is to also protect the sensitive information with regards to not disclosing a SSN I am assuming. Recent LTr from DISPLAYED my SSN on the outside of an envelope, is this regarded as a violation? they admit wrong doing; 0 fraud protection offered.Thoughts?

To my complete shock sent an investment check to me and and LISTED MY ENTIRE SSN WITH NAME AND ADDRESS THROUGH REGULAR MAIL! After a one hour and 20 minute call- they acknowledged error but won’t initiate fraud protection . Are you kidding me
