In a January blog post, Microsoft says it’s “proud” to be building cloud infrastructure for ICE. Microsoft’s work for ICE apparently includes helping the agency “utilize deep learning capabilities to accelerate facial recognition and identification”

I visited as a kid and as an adult countless times. Manzanar is a place of foreboding and a stain on the amazing 395 highway. I cannot stomach that we are doing this again.
