I asked Sykes about that after the presser— he said the Zones weren’t a factor in initially deciding to bid and they’re waiting to see how the regs could impact any financials, but sees it as a possible boon: “it makes a good project better, but it can’t make a bad project good.”

A thing to note in here: all that infrastructure money is basically to seed further hoped-for investment from private and public sources. And there will be conversation with other Columbia-Savin Hill entities on a possible joint effort.
