Indeed! "Herd immunity" was a disastrous Government policy which cost us several weeks when we could have been preparing to deal with . All that changed a couple of weeks ago when "herd immunity" was discredited and abandoned OR WAS IT?

This is incredibly disturbing. Non peer reviewed study used to argue against social distancing and an early end to lockdown produced by company linked to the nudge unit which first suggested the herd immunity strategy. Now being held up by RW commentators in UK and US

In June 2017 every Tory MP except 1 voted to oppose giving NHS nurses a proper pay rise. When the result of the vote was announced & the Tories found they had succeeded in blocking the nurses pay rise, they cheered.

Truly extraordinary times indeed. Question Time has just allowed on a person who knew what they were talking about. Kudos to Richard Horton here, the editor of the world’s leading medical journal, The Lancet, speaking facts to power.

The editor of The Lancet absolutely demolishing the Government’s response to 👏 “The hypocricy of applauding our NHS workers when the Government has not supplied them with protective equipment is a national scandal”
