Yeah, it's too bad... the nice thing about wired ear buds these days is that since wireless is so in vogue they're relatively cheap. You can almost afford to use the Bose as a "spare" if you don't like them. They do have higher end versions but I don't know if they're worth it.

Hmm, that's a subjective one; I think I'd probably say they excel more at being "clean mid-range". If you're looking for heavy bass they may not be the best choice; maybe Beats? The problem I had with Beats was just that they weren't comfortable to wear all day.

I've been using my "old fashioned" Bose Soundsports for something like 3 years now, they're great IMO, and pretty cheap now. They also have a noise cancelling version but I've never tried those.

It would seem "no", I've been a big fan of the philosophy from here but now that I see logr mentioned I think that may be a really nice common ground.

Yeah, I kinda think that's one reason for calling it to debate, most likely will pass... But using it to make his point. That's kinda the part that I think makes him a jerk here

And frankly, IMO if you're truly looking for balanced budget and fiscal responsibility you have debates like this for bills that propose tax cuts, but that was fine; deficit wasn't a concern there.

This gets "debated" over and over, why? It's 10 billion over 10 years. Of all the spending by the govt it seems to me that taking care of workers that are no longer able to work as a result of doing their job to took care of "us" should be a priority.

Sure, but I still say as far as *this* bill he's just a Dick

True, and that's not a bad thing necessarily IMO; but this bill IMO isn't the one to highlight your platform with. There are other battles that would be more responsible to fight if you ask me.

Wow, you pick *this* to be your line in the sand? All the crazy spending, tax cuts etc and you choose to "pretend" to be a fiscal conservative when it comes to this? Please think about your choices and reconsider. There's plenty of low hanging fruit.
