At Joes we have casino shifts and sabbaticals. There was a lot of debate and review. Majority wins but not 100% consensus. We need a process mailable enough to suit the needs of every one

So Emerg Med had a high turnout - 70% or ~ 1000 docs voted and 81% cast their lot to stay in the OMA. To me NOT a vote for the status quo but a vote for unity as the best road to needed change.
