In Taiwan, we're importing new cases, so we've had first real bouts of hoarding in last couple of days, but I totally agree with your sentiment.

Yes the UK started the lock down too late. Only when the horrendous outcome of Boris Johnson's herd immunity was shown by Imperial College London to be 250,000 deaths and the collapse of the National Health Service.
