Dear Online Retail Vendors, Ordering from your online catalog / shopping cart is orders of magnitude easier if you accept Apple Pay. The buying experience is quick, easy, and much less data intrusive. Please enable on all your platforms for this holiday season. Thanks, Us

Had a chance to coach someone yesterday on their and one of the ah-ha moments was not to put too much “doing” in your weekly “review”. Especially if those tasks don’t attract you. Nobody wants to see “Clean cat litter” in the middle of their weekly review. :)

They are just habit builders: - Brush teeth - Floss - Exercise - Drink water - Stretch - Take vitamin D - Take prescriptions Things I want to be constantly reminded to do……. Not saying I do them all, but having a daily reminder has been helpful.

Sorry, nominations are still open. (which usually has great customer service) has hit a new low by raising their annual fee 30% on a travel card during a global pandemic and not getting that those perks are useless. Chat + 2 phone calls and still going. Wow. Just Wow

One of the ways you can tell that your trusted system is truly “trusted” is you can put things in it that are years away. Today, during my I dropped two projects into one for 2022 and one for 2024 and yes, I trust they will be there.

I am going to nominate for the “Worst Customer Service 2020” award. It is the ONLY company I have ever had to deal with that makes you CALL customer service to be added to a DO NOT MAIL list. During that call, they ask for my credit card number and SSN.
