A couple of years ago I decided to give each year of my life a rating on a 1–10 scale, going back to 2001. I've been keeping this in a spreadsheet and I update it each year

It's pretty subjective. But I noticed it roughly corresponds to how NPS is scored. 9 or 10 are really good and what you want to aim for, 7 or 8 is ok but not great, and anything 6 or below is bad / should be considered a problem
