"Let's do something Andrew Jackson would be proud of. Then I'll say it's the Democrats' fault and come out against it to make us all look like we care. We'll be heroes." - Trump to Kristjen Nielsen, Jeff Sessions and Stephen Miller, no doubt.

No one should give any credit for this . He created the problem. He doesn’t deserve to be rewarded or praised for “fixing” it. Every politician who was silent or did nothing should be voted out, and pundits who excused it should face boycotts.

Psychologist are saying that these kids are getting such high levels of the “flight or fight” hormones released into their system do to the stress that it’s going to permanently alter the architecture of their brain. Thank your Dad for that. HE DID THIS.

Do you still believe there’s a special place in hell for people who harm children? Do you believe you’ll get to visit your dad there one day?

P.S. According to researchers at Penn State and other universities, harassing people over their weight is counterproductive. Maybe you should try not being respectful if you actually give a shit about this problem instead of concern trolling and bullying people.

All it ever made me want to do is die or hide away, so I’m not going to just sit back and watch a bunch of people who wouldn’t dare say this shit in front of their mamas or their church family do that to another person.

I have had people refuse to help lift heavy bags while I was recovering from wrist surgery because they assumed I was just fat & lazy. I have had men scream horrifying things at me over my weight in parking lots. I have had people online call me names for years over my weight.

Then they think it’s hilarious to send hateful tweets at someone based on these preconceived notions. Here’s the thing. I have had people say this sort of stuff to my face when I’ve used the handicapped spot in the parking lot or when I’ve used that stall in the bathroom.

My name is Janet, not Jan, Phillip. Oh you think that’s the point? Are you sure? Because it seems like everyone here seems to be assuming that if a fat person is on a scooter that they are lazy or that they haven’t tried losing weight or some other BS.

After the war my grandparents had my mother and one more son. They lived a long and happy life. Their children and grandchildren now live and prosper in all corners of the globe while half of Hitler’s skull is buried in cement, somewhere under a parking lot in East Germany.

My aunt was the daughter of my grandmother’s first husband. He was Hungarian. He was sent to fight the Soviets in the war. Yes, they drafted him, and while he was away, they deported his wife to a death camp. Nazis gonna naz.

My grandmother was sent to Auschwitz with the rest of Budapest’s 200,000 Jews. She met my grandfather there. Grandfather was a medical doctor, so he was kept alive. My aunt was hid in a box, in an attic in Budapest. A brave neighbour kept her cared for (and quiet).

*slight correction from mom: she wasn’t 6 years old, she was born 11th of October 1941, so by July 1944 she would have been nearly 3.

The Holocaust was legal. Slavery was legal. Segregation was legal. The brave woman who cared for and hid my 6 year-old aunt in an attic in Budapest was a criminal. She broke the law by sheltering Juden. Legality is not a guide for morality.

My God. They are literally shipping the kids detained at the border all over the country. They are arriving via plane and being placed in random foster care centers and group homes in states as far as New York and Michigan. They are doing this JUST TO CREATE A CATASTROPHE

How long until we find out these children are being sold to white families as “adoptions”?
