Sometimes I get SO frustrated with the dismissal of online friendships or found family. Hands up if at some stage a random onliner has: accepted you comforted/supported you made you laugh lifted you up/cheered for you 1000% more than anyone in real life.

Had minor earache (caused by Earbuds!). Minute Clinic had option of video visit but I knew they'd need to look w otoscope so drove in. How long before insurance companies send us devices we can have at home that function as a plugged-in stethoscope, otoscope, ultrasound, etc?

A8a This past Winter I took an workshop online through .. was the teacher. Anyway, I thought I needed to learn how to grill. Uhuh. My need was even more basic. There’s a wrong/right way to lighting the coals. Oh, and banking them too.

Q8) Learning from an unexpected source is often an unintentional and surprising experience. What actions or behaviors we can consciously take to be more open to these possibilities?
