I’m looking for case studies on measuring [intangibles] in a business setting eg when a concept such as “customer wellbeing” is tied to KPIs. Pointers welcome.

After going through 3 pairs of EarBuds I opted for a $30 Anker. Easy replaceability = unconstrained active outdoor use.

Appreciate you being here to voice this perspective. But, working for organisation that made $5,178,000,000 net profit in the quarter ending June 2020 (and the income and stock that you personally accrue) tells a different story about resource allocation to fix the problems.
