sexual assault charge Dec 2013 alleges he caused a woman to sit on a bed, lay on top of her, made sexual remarks, touched her buttocks, thighs & breasts over her clothing with his hands, repeatedly kissed her face, struggled with her & pulled up her dress with intent to rape her.

attempted rape charge alleges inside Bute House, Mr Salmond kissed a woman on the face and neck, blocked her path, pinned her head against a wall, removed her clothing & underwear, pushed her onto a bed, knelt over her, lay naked on top of her and attempted to rape her.

The indictment alleges that the assaults took place in a number of locations, including Bute House, the Scottish Parliament and Stirling Castle. They are alleged to have taken place between June 2008 and November 2014.
