Do you remember saying no risk of infection from school age children? Untrue and researchers angry at his abuse of their work. He is a worthy replacement for Chris Graying as a star minister.

Periodicity and how recent/stale data is can be a huge issue. Also very little machine readable provenance

Are you a business looking to communicate your Covid Secure precautions better than the Government does? Why not upload your Covid workplace safety assessment to and let people know what you’re doing to keep your employees and customers safe.

Primary and supporting data sometimes in proprietary formats. Lack of clarity about canonical identifiers for specific assets/organisations/things. Inconsistency around identifier use and identifier formats. Lack of common schemas for similar things.

I decided, possibly due to Coronavirus, that I would reduce to the minimum (which is still probably too much) and document things. It's quite lightening. But totally agree that it's the saddest thing to see.

Lots of interesting take-home messages here, best for my taste: robust evidence that T cell memory (albeit x-reactive) is on board to 17 years. Probably v good news, though we need to know if this is protective

More than 100,000 COVID-19 patients now in the ISARIC COVID-19 clinical database. Incredible global collaboration - thank you all. At last, standarised data collection in an epidemic. Latest report on 60,430 lab-confirmed cases available here

Do we really want 30 million going inside GP surgery for flu vaxx? Maybe mobile units, gazebos, drive through if someone can bring u? Light touch workflow: photograph their ID (NHS n if u have) and unique serial number on the vaccine packaging, reconcile to records off-site later
