Our ZooTeen! Leads worked with our Horticulture Department in their end of year project and gave the Picnic Grove a makeover. They planted pollinator-friendly, native plant species, painted pots, and more! 👏 Thanks ZooTeens!

It's the 50th anniversary of Woodstock ✌️... but we're celebrating because 2019 is the 20th anniversary of our Wood Stork rookery!⁣ What started as a group of 7 pairs in 1999, has grown to a colony producing 1,500+ nests and fledging 3,000+ chicks!⁣!

It's ! Komodo Dragon, "Kawan" is our largest lizard. He is about 8 feet long and 117 pounds. Our smallest lizard is a male Turquoise dwarf gecko. He is about 3 inches long and only 2.24 grams! 🗒📸 by Sr Herpetology Keeper, Emily F. & Herpetology Supvr, Cayle P.
