We have been working with peers at , , and the broader IETF to improve the security and performance of TLS with remote keys (like we do with Keyless SSL and Geo Key Manager). The result is Delegated Credentials and it's available for use!

Go 1.13.2 was a security release, Go 1.13.3 had a number of non-security changes. We always provide a security-only version for more conservative users to upgrade to safely, or in the unlikely case the non-security changes cause a regression.

Performance improvements, but most important TLS 1.3 by default. 👍

The CASC Code Signing Baseline Requirements and the Microsoft Root Program allow Code Signing keys to be stored on the filesystem or a plain flash drive. This leads to key compromises, for all we know the code-signing key here has also been compromised.

Want to test something easy to make your connections faster and more secure? Set GODEBUG=tls13=1 and try TLS 1.3 out of the box in your Go application.

2M+ TLS certificates being replaced by multiple CAs because CABForum rules require 64 bits of entropy in the serial number, and they only had 63 bits. That’s a very expensive mistake - thanks to a bad default in software and misreading the baseline requirements. Never boring.
