Suspense is a low level mechanism for library authors to integrate with. Itโ€™s cool if youโ€™re curious. But โ€œlearning Suspenseโ€ is not a thing. Itโ€™s meant to be consumed via libraries which (aside from Relay) simply arenโ€™t written yet.

Itโ€™s worth saying that any learning materials you might encounter about Suspense for data fetching are likely going to describe something pretty different from what it will look like when itโ€™s ready for adoption. Even the official docs for it are oriented towards library authors.
