nope they just largely replace unit testing they do reduce the burden on smaller integration tests too tho but obviously larger integration/e2e tests are still very necessary

The UN said that the recent bombing of two hospitals in Idlib is ”unacceptable” and is ”considered a war crime”. This would not stop the Assad forces and Russian jets to continue their campaign while we have dozens of evidence for schools and hospitals bombing with impunity.

electron is just a symptom of a problem what we really need is a decent native cross-platform js framework that's lower-level than react native

but you can't get a lossless conversion from bytes to words and back to bytes without separately tracking a byte for padding if you really need to extend past the end you'd be better off implementing a wrapper class for it

concretely, this should work ```js var buf = new ArrayBuffer(9) var view = new Uint16Array(buffer, 0, 4) console.log(view.buffer === buffer) // true ```

you can always get the original buffer back with `.buffer` even if the offsets you created the typed array with aren't `0, buffer.length` i verified this in firefox dev tools btw
