Morning, on Glos no 10 service last night, on crutches, driver pulled away before I managed to sit down. I had surgery 8 weeks ago and have now jarred a reset bone badly, spending the night in pain. Please can you have a word with the driver, not acceptable

We chug along! It’s all part of life and we deal with it, it might be strange to others but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We get this whenever there is change on the horizon, it’s junior school in September!

Still struggling with Seren today, ignoring the destructive behaviour. Feel sorry for her, she doesn’t quite understand her own behaviour or implications of it. Not had it this bad for a long time.

I forget sometimes how challenging Seren’s behaviour can be. Major sensory overload today and I’m exhausted trying to manage it and she’s exhausted going through it

Seren’s SO happy thanks to her ‘Beloved Atlas’. Reading in her assembly and feeling very nervous, along comes her Atlas and everything is better

I love the attitude my Grandad had as a young serviceman, you just got on with what you were told to do. You dealt with the ups and downs, it was life. He’s a bit of a rebel now though!

😄 I asked what did you do in that situation? The reply ‘You got used to it after a while, what else could you do?’ It’s evoked some great memories for him, 70 years later

We found out yesterday Grandad was a passenger in the late 40’s & was quite amazed to see a Dakota still flying. He last flew between Kenya & Aden in one. Lovely to hear his memories including always hoping both engines would stay working, landing with one was an ordeal!

Ah Seren made Grandad quite emotional with her picture. He’d never said before but, he was a frequent passenger in the late 40’s between Kenya & Aden & didn’t realise it was flying with

I’m really proud of her pictures given she used the Canon app, she seemed to enjoy choosing shots to take. As long as she enjoys it, that’s the main thing

Worked a treat, we are lucky we live quite close so use the aircraft we see as ‘oh look, the Atlas must’ve heard you were poorly/ being good/ being naughty’

Reminds me of the time Seb made Seren so her maths homework! She wouldn’t do it, so I told her the Atlas would be disappointed in her, right on cue...Atlas overhead! 😂
