Hi, the latest Intel Graphics driver update supports the Vulkan multi GPU on Windows platform. Unfortunately we have not tested this on a Linux platform. Please refer the release notes to know more .

Please know that the driver updates for Windows Insider program are deployed through Windows update utility. Try updating your build to the newest one to get the latest drivers. You may post your queries on Insider forums and they’ll help you out:

Oh no! That should not happen! If you are seeing the Blue screen error even before the OS boots up, try reformatting/reinstalling the OS to resolve this. Send us a DM if the issue persists. We will look into it.
