They should try and register now before their trip. When the cards are ready they should visit the INEC office in LGA where they registered to pick up their cards before the 2019 elections.

PRESS STATEMENT it was resolved that starting from Wed1st of August 2018: the CVR exercise will take place between 9am- 5pm instead of 9am-3pm as obtains presently); 2. There will also be Registration on Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays(if any)within the period.
