This is the time it took from the moment the wheels hit the runway to getting to our gate in Charlotte. We were EARLY and didn’t have a gate, so everyone has to RUN to their connecting flight now. How does this happen? You know a flight is coming in, find a gate!!

No, we didn’t come in with our bags because your gate agents at LAX closed the flight, and our previous flight we SAT for 30 min on the runway! I mean ridiculous!

you did it again. Managed to screw up another flight for our vacation. Lynn @ gate 53A in LAX was the ONLY saving grace! All other aspects of our encounters with gate agents were HORRIBLE! They were SO rude and showed NO empathy for our situation. 53B lady was mean!
