If this leak was meant to weaken the regime it's going to backfire. Some of the folks listed might have been pro-opposition or neutral. Now it's personal. They stand together or hang together. Well done hardening the fronts.

Businessinsider notes that they have info that another hospital in the state of NRW is currently experiencing a cyber incident. Anyone know which?

The incident surrounding the hospital in Duesseldorf is evolving into a story of incompetence for the state of NRW. Federal warnings were cast aside, pleas by the state's hospital federation were ignored, funds to secure hospitals weren't made available.

Though disappointed, I do appreciate that Gabriele explains that the document "comprises information on [...] capabilities and limitations of Headquarters and Forces to protect the systems [...]" Very interesting 😆

Tried to gain access to "EEAS (2016)1597 - 'The EU Concept on Cyber Defence for EU-led Military Operations and Missions'" Document is still deemed too sensitive to be made public :/

What use is digital supremacy if you don't use it? If the EU could, they would do the same to Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Google etc.

So... the next HWP meeting is scheduled for October 8th🤨 Which would mean that they are done with discussing cyber sanctions. If true, we should see Borrell sending a proposal to RELEX and COREPER II in the next two weeks.

The norms crowd is going to spin this incident no matter what. Everyone else will move on.

Counter-prediction: In 6 months we'll look back and curse this incident as the whole story fell apart. Woman would have died no matter what. Kiddo got in the game recently and had no clue what he was doing. Hospital security was non-existent and riddled with incompetence.

Quote tweeting this to add that the article was updated and now reads that the investigation, as of now, does NOT include "involuntary homicide" – but prosecution is looking into it (via )
