How to reproduce this? With the same settings, I see it is working fine on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Are there any additional settings to reproduce this issue?

Part 2 - For example, if you bought any product form us on May 21, 2020 that means still you can use it at most 3 devices.

Starting from Jun 1, we are revising our purchase policy. From Jun 1, 2020 onwards, one device and one license policy, i.e. with single purchase you can use it on only one device and applicable to all purchases from Jun 1, 2020 onwards only. (part 1)

It's working perfectly on my device, assuming something conflicting on your device. Would you mind sharing the iarrays.log to support@iarrays.com? This file can be found under /tmp from root directory.
