He did wrong, knows it, and has apologised.
I forgive Siraj, and I hope you will as well.
If you are unsure whether you can forgive, consider your own faults and be grateful they aren’t on the front page of Reddit.
Let’s live in a world where imperfect people can grow. twitter.com/sirajraval/sta…

He literally plagiarised. In research, this is career-ending. It only makes sense his career should end.

Why do you keep hiding replies from people who disagree with you? Seems very immature.

It’s not about people disagreeing with me, it’s about people using my feed to spread hate (and in some cases outright lies).
But to avoid any suspicion, since you asked, I’ve unhidden them.
Still not totally convinced it’s the right thing to do.

Forgive, but don't forget. Words are cheap, let's see if his future actions align with this new outlook

Does an apology like this mean anything until he takes action to make it right with the people he has harmed? (eg. at least offer people refunds!)

I think he helped a ton of people with the material! World is a better place with free knowledge. I'll forgive his mistake for all the great help he has been!

I admire siraj, but if he haven't refunded to Indian students @iamtrask you should ask him to it first. He is not my culprit, so no point of forgiveness. But, if he should claim in public that he has refunded back all money. In India 300 is one month salary.
