Let's be very clear..the gender gap in promotions & salary compensation has been shown to be present EVEN after adjustment for potentially confounding factors such as productivity, papers, grants. Yes women pass the "hard core measures" but their contributions are underrecognized

It does look like rosemary but it’s actually thyme -& yes it added extra flavor on-top of the caramelization(balsamic vinegar & brown sugar)
