I’ve tried to do that, but more often than not I get asked questions from interviewers whose answers ultimately end up being answers to “this is what I have done”. And not many care about “I want to do this” of a candidate. Its always “we want you to do this for the company”

The fact that someone like Bill Gates- smart, established, mega successful, wealthy - still is devouring books at a faster pace than most of us ever will is a huge testament to the philosophy of lifelong learning & having a growth mindset.

Yup. Deep Work and Digital Minimalism both by Cal Newport completely changed the way I work and interact with technology. Highly recommended.

Deep work is one of those books that shakes quite a few conceptions around how we work. A true gem to be honest.

🤘 Starting today, Notion is free for personal use. We used to have a storage limit on our free plan, but no more! Everyone should have access to our tools to create what they need. Write, plan, and get organized at .

As a database designer, you either solve a problem or make it your user's problem.

For a deeply technical product how would you choose/find a product manager. Pros/Cons of each approach? Thoughts and RTs appreciated

Yup. But given the indecisiveness to categorise IT equipment as *essentail*, there is not a lot we can do. Either we take the risk or wait. But for Apple products it makes sense to wait, unless you have good rapport with some local reseller.

Some couriers are working in red zones. A friend of mine could order some equipments in Pune (red zone). Try connecting with some local dealers or order directly from manufacturers website ( dell and lenovo does that). But if you need Apple, local dealers is the way I suppose.

I was able to order a few things from Flipkart. Check if they are delivering to your pin code once. Unfortunately Amazon says that they are not delivering due to some "Government Guidelines". Ironically guidelines clearly allow e-commerce to function in Orange and Green Zones.
