One of the big problems I see with UX designer job ads these days is they focus on HOW the job will be done. Not WHAT the job is or WHY it’s important. Seasoned designers tell me this is huge red flag for them. Not enough detail to get excited about the hassle of applying.

The best part of being in the industry is the constant emails from , along the lines of "We've got a position for a UX/UI Sketch Frontend Developer Researcher". What even is that? When I build a house, I'm going to hire an Architect Screwdriver Plumber Carpenter.
