I suspect ALL kinds of art, including this type of redefined "art" experience is worth evaluating based on and based in the cultural context from which it evolved. It's evocative. How is it different from an "impressionist" or a "surrealist" lens, for example?

Current conventional wisdom is that everything is enhanced by technology. I don't agree. Many things are just better without digital mediation.

The current state can't help it. By nature, there is a limit. Cheaper implementations extend those limits and I think we need to be concerned about ethics as this happens. It's so often missing in these conversations and learnings.

Too often the ethical decisions are made by technical people in a mostly white male industry. Where's the input from diverse perspectives? What about involving ethicists?
